Essential Elements of a Fitness Training Program by LA Fitness' Master Trainer Ace Reeves
I feel strongly that any fitness training program should include five basic elements: aerobic, strength, core, stretching, and nutrition education. These elements work together to make you fit and healthy.

The different elements of your fitness plan should produce endurance, form (doing things the right way), balance, flexibility, and proper (good) eating habits. Any plan that does not help produce these by-products is not a complete fitness plan. Commitment to the proper plan will stay with you for many years to come.

All serious athletes, and that is what you are when you commit to a fitness trainer, will have a plan that includes these five basic elements. As your personal fitness trainer, I feel it is very important that you understand these five basic elements and that we work together to develop them in your life.

Remember, I am just half of the fitness team, you are the other half. I will commit to you to help you meet your fitness goals, but you will need to commit to the plan. I will commit to keeping you motivated, make sure that you are using the correct form, and help educate you on lifestyle fitness and eating habits.
