There are three stress triggers of working out without a fitness trainer:
First, lack of accountability - “I'll do it tomorrow." This allows a person to fall behind in their goals and starts to gradually wear away their motivation, confidence, and commitment.
Second, traveling this journey of fitness alone or with someone who isn’t trained or experienced in fitness can cause injuries and time (progress) wasted. When you travel this journey of fitness alone, your focus wanders without you even realizing and you don't get the most out of your time that you would if you were training with Ace. When you workout with another person whose attention is divided between you and their workout you lose the support that Ace supplies. Lastly, if you workout alone or with another person, attention to form will be compromised and injuries can result.

Accountability: Ace believes that the most important key to meet your goal of becoming and staying fit, looking younger, and living longer is staying accountable; this is important to him because he believes that your success is his success. Confidence: Ace has seen a remarkable difference in the feeling of self-assurance and an appreciation of one's abilities and qualities, both at the gym and away from the gym between a person that he trains and those that do not have a fitness trainer. This is because when you meet the agreed upon goals that you and Ace establish, combined with constant positive feedback from Ace, it is impossible for you not to be more confident overall.

Meeting with your fitness trainer at least once a week will help your attitude and view of life and it will help you when you do workout alone or with another person because you will carry with you your training of focus and confidence, that you have developed and reinforced with Ace, to your workouts when Ace is not around.
Third, not having the guidance and positive attitude developing motivation of having a trained fitness coach can cause stress in your workout because you are focused on what exercise to do next instead of focusing on the exercise itself. And you do not have someone to recognize your weaknesses and help you to turn your weakness into your strength. Ace supplies the workout guidance and positive motivation that will lead to your success.
As your fitness trainer, Ace will carry the stress burdens for you. He will have a plan for you, one that you will have input in, he will be there for you with positive motivation and sharing with you his knowledge and experience. He will be your cheerleader and believe in you, keeping you positive in your development, and he will train you on technique and watch out for the “over doing it” attitude that can hurt your form and cause an injury. Though injuries may happen, they are very rare and less severe when working with a fitness trainer.
Just a note about Ace: When Ace is training for a fitness contest, even though he is a master fitness trainer himself, he also uses a personal fitness trainer because he knows that fitness training himself leads to failure in routine and proper development and working with a fitness trainer increases his chances of success.
